In Awe · For Partners & Co-Parents

You are not a support prop. You are crossing a threshold, too.

Pregnancy changes more than one person. In Awe gives partners and co-parents a place to meet their own questions, fears, history, hope, and becoming—without asking them to disappear into someone else’s experience.

Step inside In Awe

Use this path on your own, alongside your partner, or both.

Your own path through this

Your experience matters, too.

For the non-pregnant partner, the person trying to stay steady while everything changes: Your role matters, and your inner life is not secondary.

In Awe includes dedicated partner chapters, reflections, journals, and transformation bridges. They are written for you, not merely about how to help someone else.

How to use In Awe

Together when connection helps. Separately when privacy helps.

Move at your own pace.

You do not have to wait for the pregnant person—or keep the same rhythm. Begin where your own questions are alive.

Come together intentionally.

Use the conversation prompts and transformation bridges when you want language for what is changing between you.

Keep reflections private.

Your private journal work belongs to you. Nothing requires you to share a reflection, post publicly, or perform openness before you are ready.

Use the whole experience.

This is one complete ecosystem with pathways for different roles—not a lesser “partner version” and not a checklist for being useful.

Common questions

What partners often want to know.

Is this for the non-pregnant partner or co-parent?

Yes. It was built with the understanding that partners and co-parents are being changed by pregnancy, too. You have dedicated material for identity, fear, relationships, advocacy, history, and becoming.

Do we have to do it together?

No. You can move separately, use selected pieces together, or shift between the two. There is no required pace and no correct way to divide the experience.

Is this a separate course?

No. In Awe is one complete experience with distinct pathways for the pregnant person, partners and co-parents, children, and the people walking alongside a family.

Can I begin even if my partner is not ready?

Yes. Your experience matters independently. You may begin with the partner material without turning your participation into pressure on anyone else.

What happens if the pregnancy ends in loss?

Loving Legacies is a complete companion for miscarriage, stillbirth, or the death of a baby, with dedicated pathways for the bereaved person, partners, older children, and community. It is always offered freely.
