For those who hold space
You already know this territory.
You've sat with someone who can't name what's shifting in them. You've held someone grieving a self they haven't finished mourning. You've watched someone cross a threshold that changed everything—their body, their relationships, their sense of who they are—and known that what they needed in that moment was something no appointment could fully provide.
In Awe was built for what happens between your visits.
Experience it yourself
Before you recommend anything, experience it from the inside.

In Awe Intro Meditation — You Are Already Held
What it is
In Awe is a soul-centered online course for pregnant people navigating the inner dimensions of pregnancy.
Identity shifts, ancestral weight, grief alongside hope, fear of who they're becoming, and the longing for something that honors the whole of the experience—not just the clinical milestones.
It was designed to run alongside what you do, not replace it.
It is meaning-making, identity work, and grounded reflection—the dimensions your work touches, but rarely has time to carry fully.
In Awe holds families regardless of how their path unfolds, so you can recommend it without needing to filter for outcome.

Who this is for
In Awe was built with you in mind.
Doulas, therapists, midwives, and childbirth educators—anyone whose work touches the inner life of pregnancy.
If you've ever wished there were something to send someone home with that honored the full weight of what they're carrying, this was made with you in mind.
Where this came from
I built the guide I needed—and couldn't find.
I built In Awe during my own later-in-life, high-risk pregnancy, navigating my husband's death, profound isolation, and transformation—all in another country, on lockdown, during a global pandemic.
This resource didn't exist for me. It didn't exist for the other families who were moving through their own transformations with nothing to hold them.
I am not a clinician. I am someone who lived this territory and came out the other side believing it deserved a map.
Everything in In Awe was built from that conviction—and with deep respect for the professionals whose hands hold what no course can replace.
